This event at Faith & Reflection is all about promoting mindfulness and self-care through guided relaxation and enjoying a variety of herbal teas.

Learn practical tips and strategies to enhance your overall wellbeing and learn about the support offered at ÃÛÌÒAV.
Whether you’re an experienced table tennis player or have never played before, come along and give this session a go.
This session, delivered by registered nutritionists, Dr Chloe Casey and Adriana Manova, will teach you how to eat well and enhance your focus and wellbeing during the postgraduate research journey.
We will meet outside the Doctoral College office (DLG08, Talbot Campus), and take a walk to the lovely Slades Park across the road.
