My interests include combinatorics, algebraic geometry, Galois theory, and mathematical physics. I've studied analogies between finite graphs and Riemann surfaces, chip-firing games on graphs, and role of symmetry in quantum mechanics. I enjoy teaching courses all across the mathematical landscape.
