Reunion FAQs have not been updated. When they have been finalized, we will notify potential attendees that registration is open and FAQs have been published. 

WHERE DO I GO WHEN I ARRIVE ON CAMPUS?

All Reunion guests are asked to check in when they arrive at Reunion Headquarters, located in the Warch Campus Center, on the third (main) level. This includes guests who have campus housing reservations. Here is a link to a campus map.

WHERE CAN I PARK?

• Parking on campus is limited. All available lots will be open for Reunion guests, regardless of the advertised parking designations. View the campus map.
• Please do not park in the Memorial Presbyterian Church lot at the corner of College and Meade. Vehicles may be ticketed and towed.
• The City of Appleton prohibits overnight parking. Vehicles may be ticketed and towed.
• There is a small parking lot adjacent to Trever Hall. Alternatively, guests may park in the Chapman Hall (former Downer Commons) lot.

WHAT ARE THE CHECK-IN HOURS?

Reunion headquarters will be open from Thursday through Sunday:

• Thursday 4-8 p.m.
• Friday 8 a.m.-8 p.m.
• Saturday 8 a.m.-8 p.m.
• Sunday 8-11 a.m.

If you arrive outside of the operational hours for Reunion Headquarters, please check in at the residence hall assigned to your class. Student staff will be available to assist you in the residence halls.

WHEN IS CHECK-OUT?

All guests staying on campus are asked to check out of their rooms prior to 11 a.m. on Sunday, June 22.

CAN I ADD EVENTS TO MY SCHEDULE?

Once you have registered for Reunion, you will receive a confirmation that includes a link you can use to add events to your schedule. You cannot, however, remove events. Should you need to cancel, please contact our office at alumni@lawrence.edu or 920-832-6548.

ARE MY CLASSMATES COMING BACK FOR REUNION?

You can find an up-to-date list of Reunion attendees . Encourage your friends and classmates to attend!

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

While there is no dress code for Reunion, we strongly encourage you to wear blue and white or your class colors to show your alma mater pride!

WHAT TRANSPORTATION IS AVAILABLE FROM APPLETON INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (ATW) AND AROUND CAMPUS?

Taxi service is available from the following companies:

The following rental car companies are available at the airport: Alamo, Avis, Budget, Enterprise, Hertz, National

The following ride share services are available: Uber and Lyft

A complimentary campus airport shuttle will be available on Sunday, June 22 from 7–11 a.m. rotating to each residence hall and then to the airport and back. Golf cart transportation will be available on campus throughout the weekend.
